Miraflores Winery, situated in El Dorado County at 2,500 to 3,000 feet in the beautiful Sierra Foothills, includes a 254-acre estate, of which 40 acres are planted with grapes.
The vines are meticulously tended. We believe in multiple crop thinnings, hand-picking, hand-sorting, foot stomping and other labor-intensive activities.
The majority of our property is left alone to maintain the natural beauty of pine trees, native California oaks and wildflowers. Animal-friendly systems have been created so as not to disturb the natural habitat.
