The white and rose wines of Miraflores are refined and delicate, reflecting the influence of our elevation and soils. The moderate use of French oak, along with whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeasts and no malo-lactic fermentation help preserve ephemeral aromas and flavors such as: mineral, floral, stone fruit and citrus.
